Free picture of standing people in the bus for public transportation of Singapore. The picture was taken inside of the old autobus #106. The schedule of the buses was frequent enough to travel to the city center within 45 minutes.
This picture was created for my traveling friend epSos.de and can be used for FREE.
The bus service for the passengers is very nice and more affordable than owning a car. The number of routes of the public transport in a city reduces the number of old cars on the streets. Buses are great for short distances and help to improve the existing transport system.
Traveling by bus is cheap and social. A trip in a first class bus is more comfortable than an airplane.
As for the daily commuters, the buses can be very stressful sometimes. They are often overcrowded. Start and stop too fast. AC is too cold and the seats are dirty. There should be a refund for standing passengers in a bus, when they have paid to seat. Capable people should demand better service to make the daily commuting more comfortable for everybody.

why is public transportation not accessible on weekends. i live less then 10 milles form downtown Minneapolis i have notices takeing a Bus on weekends is a joke on Sat. its very limited Sun. no service i myself dont take the bus but feel sorry for people that do.. i notice in other parts of Metro the seem to run more bues why dont the run same all over metro

I know! Today I waited 40 minutes for a MARTA (Atlanta’s rapid-transit system) train. They are very reliable and punctual on weekdays, especially during rush hour, but on weekends the service leaves quite a bit to be desired. Maybe not enough people ride public transit on Saturday and Sunday to justify more bus and rail service.
